A decagon is a polygon with 10 sides. It can either be a regular decagon or an irregular decagon. A regular decagon is one having all the sides equal which is what I’ll be explaining in this tutorial. Let take the length of the side to be 4cm.
Note: Irrespective of the length, the steps are still the same.
Step 1: Draw the 4cm which is one side of the decagon. Let’s call it Line AB
Step 2: Place your protractor on Point A and measure 36o in a clockwise direction. OR from point B, measure 36o in an anticlockwise direction.
Step 3: Repeat this process still you get all 10 sides.
